What we mean by Leadership Performance
At P2EXCELLENCE, we coach leaders to transform themselves and their organizations. At its best, Leadership is really a form of social influence based on competence and trust. We know that great leaders know themselves and lead from a place of self-awareness, transparency, curiosity and vision.
Leadership growth cannot be separated from personal growth. A fundamental aspect of P2EXCELLENCE coaching is helping our clients do the inner work necessary to be a Leader: building a deeper understanding of themselves, what drives them, their unique strengths. It also includes identifying what may be getting in the way of them leading from a place of authenticity and clarity.
In effect, this inner work is the foundation for the outer work of Leadership: managing and influencing stakeholders, relationships and results.
Once we assess a leader’s or team’s values, skills and personalities, we can help them become more versatile to experiment with leading in ways they may have previously underutilized. We deploy multiple methods to customize Leadership development strategies that will work for you. We know what works and what does not, and we have combined that knowledge with techniques and resources we apply to each unique Leadership situation and opportunity.
