The p2ex approach starts with Nancy Vepraskas, the Founder and President of p2excellence. Nancy has held executive HR positions in Fortune 500 companies, not-for- profits and smaller companies that operate across North America in a number of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, distribution and retail. Prior to moving into HR, Nancy worked in business operations and her knowledge of systems and processes informs her ability to create sustainable change through HR initiatives. “Many businesses develop strong strategies and exacting project plans, but neglect the need to modify structures and change behaviors,” she explains. By creating strategic alignment in all aspects of the business, Nancy is able to provide business leaders actionable next steps that create real world, solution-driven results that positively affect the bottom line. As the former president and board chair of SHRM—Atlanta, Nancy led the 2600 member organization for more than a decade. Her knowledge base and network are extraordinary.
Nancy earned an MBA in Finance from Mercer University and an MS in Education Administration from Florida State University. She’s served as an Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business, where she worked with the executive education program to design and deliver executive development programs with an emphasis on preparing HR leaders for the future.

Lisa Moore, Managing Director
At p2ex, Lisa helps organizations design and implement human capital solutions for a variety of workplace issues. Lisa’s HR leadership experience is broad based and her specialties include the design and day-to-day management of Total Rewards programs for hourly, professional, sales and executive level employees, Performance Management systems, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Competency Modeling, Benefits Administration and On-boarding and Orientation.
Before joining p2ex, Lisa led the compensation, performance management and HRIS area as HR Director for the Automotive Parts Group of Genuine Parts Company. She was responsible for and ensured that the recruitment, selection, succession planning, career pathing, performance management, training and reward segments functioned together seamlessly. Earlier in her career, Lisa served as Director of HR at National Service Industries, Atlantic Envelope Company (NSI) and as HRIS Project Leader at Cox Enterprises.
Lisa received a degree in Management from Georgia State University and has her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
