Eight months since the start of the pandemic and many of us are craving those casual chats at the water cooler, the quick connects in the cafeteria, as well as networking lunches or drinks. At the beginning of the Pandemic, remote work seemed to be a temporary situation – a sprint we needed to just get through. Then we realized it was going to be more like a marathon continuing for quite some time. Now, it is just life.
