Over the course of a rich and rewarding career focused on the People Side of Business, I have taken a special interest in the extraordinary possibilities that arise from authentic and effective leadership and collaboration. 

I have designed and facilitated team interventions and staff retreats, and coached leaders from organizations as varied as United Way and Napa Auto Parts.

I possess a unique understanding of human and organizational systems – and the challenges to evolve them. I bring these skills along with extensive study and certification in coaching to serve as a mentor and mediator to help leaders explore the strengths, motivations and conflicts that individuals bring to their roles at work.

To every client, I offer this experience and expertise, along with tried and true managerial and leadership tools – and an eye for generational and collaborative trends as they unfold.

Lisa Moore

managing Director

Lisa helps organizations design and implement human capital solutions for a variety of workplace issues.

Lisa’s HR leadership experience is broad based and her specialties include:

  • The design and day-to-day management of Total Rewards programs for hourly, professional, sales and executive level employees.
  • Performance Management systems, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Competency Modeling, Benefits Administration and On-boarding and Orientation.

Before joining P2Excellnce, Lisa led the compensation, performance management and HRIS area as HR Director for the Automotive Parts Group of Genuine Parts Company. She was responsible for and ensured that the recruitment, selection, succession planning, career pathing, performance management, training and reward segments functioned together seamlessly. Earlier in her career, Lisa served as Director of HR at National Service Industries, Atlantic Envelope Company (NSI) and as HRIS Project Leader at Cox Enterprises.

​Lisa received a degree in Management from Georgia State University and has her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
