Meet Nancy Vepraskas

Founder & President

Over the course of a rich and rewarding career focused on the People Side of Business, I have taken a special interest in the extraordinary possibilities that arise from authentic and effective leadership and collaboration.

I have designed and facilitated team interventions and staff retreats, and coached leaders from organizations as varied as United Way and Napa Auto Parts.

The People Side of Business

I possess a unique understanding of human and organizational systems – and the challenges to evolve them. I bring these skills along with extensive study and certification in coaching to serve as a mentor and mediator to help leaders explore the strengths, motivations and conflicts that individuals bring to their roles at work.

To every client, I offer this experience and expertise, along with tried and true managerial and leadership tools – and an eye for generational and collaborative trends as they unfold.

How We Work

We make collaboration easier.

Organizations spend more time than ever on collaborative activities.

True collaboration is more than coordinated effort.

It cannot be mandated. Neither can creativity, passion, meaning, or conscientiousness – yet all are required to go from good to great.

Cultivating collaboration is an art and a science.

I coach leaders to be more conscious of their leadership – and teams to interact more authentically.

Organizations grow when leaders and teams grow.

I believe that conscious, authentic interactions are the most powerful catalyst for learning and growth – personal, professional and organizational growth.

Personal and professional growth are two sides of the same coin.

I use workplace interactions as a laboratory to explore personal, interpersonal and organizational dynamics, to decrease drama and reactivity, to increase individuals’ and teams’ responsibility for their choices, and to align action.

Conscious, self-aware collaborators

Think better, relate better and become better more collective problem-solvers.

Businesses and organizations decisively shape the future of our world.

I help leaders inspire and facilitate collaborative growth where organizations can become conscious of the impact they have on communities and the environment, and where people are conscious of the impact they have on each other.
